 Click on if your new welcome, if your reading this then your considered a member of our fight club and you've been given the information to this forum. as you may already know, the ugfc is a club in which martial artist come together every now and then and teach a bit of what they know wether its self defence, grappling techniques, or striking techniques. occassionally we have controlled sparring match's to test certain techniques against others. but enough of the intro. your probably wondering how this site is benificial to you, the member and why you might want to check this every now and then.
